Kalon Barnes at 4.23 was not confirmed on two further pages, so he is absent. A 1999 electronic 4.24 for Rondel Menendez, also spelled Melendez, disagrees on the surname and lacks a third page, so it is not a row. Johnson is the only 4.24 here and is not labeled tied.
