Fiction
Fiction. The speedster of The Seven. The show and the comic treat him as the fast one on a team of celebrities. This page does not adopt a fan-converted miles-per-hour figure.
In the story
A-Train is a product: the fast member of a sponsored superhero team. The Boys, on the page and on television, uses him for collisions, withdrawals and public-relations disasters. Speed is the brand.
What is not a measurement
No figure adopted. Portrayed as the team's speedster. This page does not turn the story into miles per hour.
The Boys
Clips of him meeting a train, or of a bystander not getting out of the way, have been turned into calculations online. Those calculations assume a frame rate, a distance and a train that the scene did not measure. We leave them off. He ranks here as a portrayed superhuman runner in a satire, below the characters whose fiction treats speed as the whole point of the universe.
The editorial order also includes Dash Parr and Road Runner. The order is about the scale each story claims. It is not a clock.
