Operating outdoor-loop speed of Test Track presented by General Motors at EPCOT, after the July 22, 2025 reopening. General Motors' July 31, 2025 release says the ride reaches its conclusion on the 65-mph loop and calls it the fastest ride at Walt Disney World Resort. planDisney's July 20, 2025 answer calls Test Track 65 mph and the fastest ride at the resort. Wikipedia's infobox says 65.1 mph (104.8 km/h) and its history section says 64.9 mph (104.4 km/h) for the speed trial. Those two Wikipedia figures are not the figure. The figure is the sponsor's 65 mph. An older 0-to-65 clock of 8.8 seconds is not repeated by the 2025 release.

Quick answers
Test Track reaches 65 mph (105 km/h), an official figure.
Test Track is labeled Official. Ratified by a governing body such as the FIA, World Athletics or Guinness World Records.
The figure cites General Motors, “Reimagined Test Track presented by General Motors now open at EPCOT.”
Test Track is 1st of 12 on Fastest Rides in Walt Disney World.
Mechanism
Test Track is fast because the cars are powered slot cars on a banked outdoor speed loop, and General Motors rates that loop at 65 mph.
The vehicles ride a slot and the track drives them up to speed. There is no lift hill trading height for pace. The July 2025 General Motors release calls the outdoor section a 65-mph loop and the fastest ride at Walt Disney World.
planDisney also says 65 mph and places Cosmic Rewind behind it. Wikipedia's infobox and prose do not match each other, at 65.1 and 64.9 mph, so those tenths are not the figure. The 2025 release does not restate an old 0-to-65 clock.
The fastest coaster on the same property is Cosmic Rewind. The world coaster lead is Formula Rossa.

Context
Test Track is a slot-car thrill ride in World Discovery at EPCOT, not a roller coaster. General Motors' July 31, 2025 release says the reimagined ride, which reopened July 22, 2025, ends on the 65-mph outdoor loop and is the fastest ride at Walt Disney World. A planDisney answer the same month calls it 65 mph and puts Cosmic Rewind second. The figure is 65 mph, qualifier official.
Wikipedia's infobox says 65.1 mph and a history paragraph says 64.9 mph for the speed trial. Those stay beside the main figure. What counts is the figure the sponsor and the Disney planning answer both say for the ride that is open now. The coaster list does not include this row. The Walt Disney World ride list does, and it labels the type.
