Regieleki

Game data

Regieleki sits here because the games give it a base Speed of 200. That integer is a battle stat. The explanation is game lore, not a running speed.

1. A stat, not a stopwatch

Base Speed is the number a battle uses before natures, items and stages. PokéAPI, Bulbapedia and Serebii agree on 200 for Regieleki. None of them timed an animal.

2. A body of electricity

The games present Regieleki as an Electric-type made of electrical energy, and they give it the highest base Speed in the stat block. That is game lore and a game integer. It is not a measured running speed.

3. One species block

Regieleki has one main base Speed. A Mega, a regional form or a fusion is a different row when the games publish a different integer.

Nearby on the base Speed list: Deoxys (Speed Forme). Same kind of stat. Different lore.
