Koraidon

Game data

Koraidon sits here because the games give it a base Speed of 135. That integer is a battle stat. The explanation is game lore, not a running speed.

1. A stat, not a stopwatch

Base Speed is the number a battle uses before natures, items and stages. PokéAPI, Bulbapedia and Serebii agree on 135 for Koraidon. None of them timed an animal.

2. The ancient rider

Koraidon is the past paradox the games let you ride, an ancient dragon-bike of a Pokémon. The high base Speed belongs to that battle form. A separate ride mode with the same integer is not listed twice.

3. One species block

Koraidon has one main base Speed. A Mega, a regional form or a fusion is a different row when the games publish a different integer.

Nearby on the base Speed list: Flutter Mane and Mega Lopunny. Same kind of stat. Different lore.
