McLaren F1

McLaren's archived page calls 240.1 mph the official top speed, set by chassis XP5 at Ehra-Lessien on 31 March 1998.

0–60 mph

3.20s

Autocar instrumented test, Millbrook, 2 May 1994, for the speeds through 160 mph. Datron optical gear. No traction control, manual gearbox. The same 3.2 seconds is on McLaren's archived specification and in Car and Driver's road test of the same figures. 0–100 in that spec table is 0–100 mph in 6.3 seconds, not 0–100 km/h, so no 0–100 km/h time is stored.
